Shipping

CAALO is pleased to offer free / complementary standard shipping and returns on all full-priced domestic US orders. Customers have the option of purchasing express shipping if they'd like their order sooner.

CAALO is not responsible for any duties, taxes or shipping costs that may be associated with international orders. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge the package will be considered abandoned by the shipping carrier and CAALO will not be responsible for this package or for processing a refund.

 

Returns

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on caalo.studio, please send us a request for a return authorization to info@caalo.studio within 10 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

• Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
• We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
• CAALO offers free returns on domestic US full price orders over $100.
• For international orders the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties and taxes. We would recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot process a return of items that we do not receive.
• Any initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• Due to the intimate nature of facial masks, all sales are final.

• For sale items or items purchased with a discount code, a return label will be provided for your convenience. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

• We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
